Terms & Conditions

Unless specifically stated otherwise, no purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win a Promotion. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

• Promotions are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Carbon Strength Fitness and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
• Where a Promotion is hosted on a social media platform, you must comply with that platform's own terms of service.
• Void where prohibited by law.

• Entry methods for each Promotion are described in the announcement for that Promotion (for example: following an account, liking or commenting on a post, or signing up for our email list).
• Only one entry per person unless the Promotion announcement states otherwise. Multiple or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
• Entries received after the stated Promotion period ends will not be counted.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible or generated by automated means are void.

• Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion period, unless the announcement states a different selection method.
• Winners are notified by email, direct message or comment reply within a reasonable time after the Promotion ends.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and have no cash value. No substitution will be made except at Carbon Strength Fitness's sole discretion.
• Prize values stated in a Promotion announcement are approximate retail values.
• Any refund or credit issued in connection with a prize or award applies only to the cost of Carbon Strength Fitness products. Shipping charges are not refundable and are not covered by prize value.
• Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state and local taxes on a prize.
• Prizes are shipped free of charge to addresses within the United States. Prizes shipped internationally, when offered, are subject to the winner covering any duties, taxes or import fees.

By accepting a prize, you agree that Carbon Strength Fitness may announce your name (first name and last initial) and use your entry content on our website and social media channels in connection with the Promotion, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By entering a Promotion, you release Carbon Strength Fitness from any liability arising out of participation or prize receipt and use. Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X or any other platform on which they may be hosted.

• Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Returns and refunds are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy. Refunds apply to the product cost only; shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We may update these terms at any time; the version posted on this page applies.
