Let me start of by saying I wasn’t initially too happy with this company and Jaime, there was a delay with a part, then fed ex lost a package, and the following package was completely destroyed. But this whole time Jaime was very communicative, I mean getting in email within the hour. That’s unheard of. He went above and beyond and sent me another attachment the following day and with the additional 3d printed pieces and even an Allen key so I got two for all my issues.
Now to the piece itself, it is amazing it really is. It’s one of those things you use and you ask yourself how have I been doing cable flies with a cable rubbing my fury forearms this whole time. Lateral raises feel amazing the support you feel really lets you focus on the movement itself and not whatever egg weight or wrist strap contraption we’ve all attempted. The weight really is something that’s hard to imagine if it’s your first ever 3D printed piece. Makes aluminum feel like steel.
The grips can be switched out to rogues straight handles which I’ll be switching to a 32MM in red. I’ll probably be posting a YouTube short out there in the ether somewhere. Not YouTuber just someone who actually buys his sh*t. Thanks again Jaime all the luck to you.
I purchased the previous version which I did not like. The new version with a round pad and the rotating cable connection works great. I ordered a second one.
Highly recommend the lateral raise pads !!! Hope this review helps them out
Overall very nice. Good design and light weight. I had hoped to also use them for single arm preacher curls. But the pad location is a little off to keep pressure on the forearm through the whole range of motion. Not a big deal as I am sure the design was mainly intended for side laterals. It works pretty good for cable flies too. Worth trying new exercises w it.
I like this product so well that I’m ordering another one. That way I can continue using it for shoulders, but also chest flyes.
Works great for lateral raises and feels premium.
